Steam - "Your game failed to launch"
I bought wild hearts, I bought ea play on steam and on the ea app. When I click "play" I get the error: Your game failed to launch. An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again a little later.

This issue is under investigation.One thing that may help said investigation is to generate an Error Report. If you wish to do so, please follow the steps here and add the Report ID to the thread.It may also help to add info what particular combination of EA Play subscriptions you have. It looks like most folks have EA Play standard sub on both Steam and EA app, but we want to capture any variants of this.In the meantime some players have identified a potential workaround, to uninstall your Steam-side preload of the game, then grab the trial from the EA app.We'll mark this as "Solved" for now purely for visibility. We DO NOT consider this solved at this time.
Edit: Thank you for the posts, the base cause of this has now been addressed and you should be able to get into the trial.
