Unable to Connect to EA even with an internet connection

I am unable to launch either of the games that I have recently purchased (A Way Out and It Takes Two). I bought the games one steam, and when I attempt to launch the games , I am prompted with the me...

I tried both of these processes. The first came up with no issues found that might be causing the problem. The second did not help either as when I launched the EA client in the clean boot the same issue arose with it failing to say that I am online or connected to the internet.
