@EA_Illium Clicking 'Play Online' so far is always followed up by 'Connecting to EA Servers....' --> 'Authenticating....' ---> Error pops up.
Clicking Sign in to EA Account makes the error pop up instantly

Apologies for the delay, have you tried clearing your licenses folder?
- Make sure EA app and Steam are closed.
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
- Delete the "License" folder.
- Test once more.
Cheers,
- 2 years ago@EA_Illium Hi, I copy pasted this file path but it does not exist "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services". I have checked it manually in my program data files (C:\ProgramData) as well, I only have EA Desktop. Both my game and EA launcher is in C drive.
I have exact same issue and error code with @DragapultAbuser. In the same scenario, tried everything he tried. I'm also running through Steam and also tried on EA launcher, both same issue.- Tressort2 years agoNew Novice

Are you playing on a friends pass version or a full copy of ITT?

I have the full copy of ITT on Steam gotten via EA Play (But cannot connect to EA servers)
the 2nd machine (Different Steam account) has a friend pass version (Which can connect to EA servers)
