Community AdminHi, there were some patches yesterday, can you double check that your game is updated, and try again?
Also the PS5 is mentioned, if you let the game go idle and return later, you may need to restart the whole app in order to get online functionality.
I'm having the same issue, my game is fully updated as well. I originally bought the game on steam but refunded it because my pc couldn't handle it and rebought it on ps5

Still having trouble connecting to EA servers. It would just tell me this
"Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your Internet connection, check that "Online Functions" are enabled in your settings, and then try again."
I've look at different forums and there might be one potential reason as to why I can't connect to the server.
I'm not to sure but I think it has to do with linking to my previous EA account. The only EA game that I've played that require that was Anthem and I don't think Assassin Creed require me to do that. The problem is I don't remember the account that is link to my previous account. I'm playing on the PS5.

I got online to work and I was correct. It was not my internet connection but my account.
For players that are playing on PS5, sign in on the EA website, and sign in selecting Playstation. If you don't remember you password, request a password reset. ( request a password reset that is tied to your Playstation account, if you have played any EA game that is on PS3 or 4.)
After password change, go back to Wild hearts and it should allow you to have access to play online.
This is for user that kept on getting a message for password reset or it expire. The one with the QR scanner and is unable to connect to EA server.
@EA_DavidGoing idle indeed seems to be the culprit on ps5. Restarting the game fixes the issue; quitting the game fully before putting the console
to rest prevents it from reoccurring.
I was not idle and just kicked me.
The staff here are of no help. Are there any updates to fix this?
I tried everything and nothing helps hope they bring a fix out because I am sure the problem is at there end, In my opinion they should of not brought the game out until they fixed bugs, I googled it and there is graphics glitched and performance bugs as well. I looked when it kicks and the nat part of the internet should vanishes.
