Unable to get matches or launch private matches

Hi guys please assist i am not sure what the problem is as I can not play any match besides practice mode. My region selected is europe region and I use a LAN connection. I have reset my router and...

Thank you very much yes I have a ps4 that I am playing on..... my game is working perfect now... I have no problems finding matches I cnt do private matches with rocketbots but its ok as I can play co-op arena and Playlist matches.... thank you for the solution that was implemented.

I have been playing and enjoying.
