Under garments showing/clipping through armor. Bug or Intended?

Looking for an answer from someone at KT. A lot of the great looking armor, such as the Human/Kemono path peacock skirt, are completely ruined by the undergarments still showing beneath or sometimes ...

@onedampsock Thanks for letting us know about this, would it be possible to get a screenshot of how this looks?

Certainly.  The following screenshots are all examples of my character's undergarments showing underneath this armor.  There's just no way this is intentional. It makes all of the armors look ridiculous.  Why am I wearing jock shorts underneath a skirt?  This makes the end game grind for cosmetic armor worthless since it all looks ridiculous with my underwear showing.
