Under garments showing/clipping through armor. Bug or Intended?

Looking for an answer from someone at KT. A lot of the great looking armor, such as the Human/Kemono path peacock skirt, are completely ruined by the undergarments still showing beneath or sometimes ...

Just dropped in to say yes, please fix this, as it looks absolutely terrible, despite the game having some great armor designs.
