Under garments showing/clipping through armor. Bug or Intended?

Looking for an answer from someone at KT. A lot of the great looking armor, such as the Human/Kemono path peacock skirt, are completely ruined by the undergarments still showing beneath or sometimes ...

Another +1, this seems unintended as it ruins the design of many armours.
