Under garments showing/clipping through armor. Bug or Intended?

Looking for an answer from someone at KT. A lot of the great looking armor, such as the Human/Kemono path peacock skirt, are completely ruined by the undergarments still showing beneath or sometimes ...

That looks awful...no way is that what the concept designer intended. Try showing it with all the undergarments so they can see how bad it looks.
