Under garments showing/clipping through armor. Bug or Intended?

Looking for an answer from someone at KT. A lot of the great looking armor, such as the Human/Kemono path peacock skirt, are completely ruined by the undergarments still showing beneath or sometimes ...

@EA_IlliumAny updates? The under garments clipping through armor sets really ruin them. If it's to censor stuff then why make those armor sets? It's not like there's any nudity either.
