Hello EA Support,
I installed Unravel Two on PlayStation, but the game stops at the “Press any button” screen and doesn’t respond at all.
I tried restarting the console, reinstalling the game, using different controllers, and even waited a long time—but nothing works.
Please help me fix this or advise what I can do.

I’m not EA support, but I’ve come across similar issues before, sometimes the game gets stuck on the “Press any button” screen due to corrupted save or profile data. You might want to try launching the game from a different user profile on your PS4 to see if it loads properly. Also, make sure your system software is fully updated and try running the game in offline mode, just to rule out any network-related problems. Hope you find a fix soon.
