It seems that these achievements might have been patched finally.
Unfortunately the wins aren’t retroactive, but after winning a match I got Tour entry Ticket and each win since has counted towards the 100 for Crater’s Hero.
I loaded the game on a second profile and instantly unlocked Welcome to the Crater for beating the tutorial without even doing any tutorial or anything it was just given at the main menu.
So I’m hoping it’s all working for everyone now!
My other bugged achievement (Tour Champion) has been fixed and unlocked but Welcome to Crater just refuses to be triggered. Multiple times I've played through the tutorial, and even quit out of the tutorial a few times. I've played nearly 750 matches, 259 of which were against bots. I play the tutorial randomly between those matches. I have tried every variation of these things in hopes of getting it to unlock. Nothing works lol.
Welcome to Crater still isn't unlocking for me, unfortunately. I'm starting to lose faith that this will ever get fixed, it's been broken for months now.

Also, cheers @x2KraZe for jumping on this thread. For some players, it would have been fixed earlier this month - which is great! I'm delighted for you that you were able to unlock the trophy! 🥳
I can confrim that the "Welcome to the Crater" achievement is still unobtainable.
I tried:
* Replaying the tutorial
* Playing other game modes (co-op and also vs other players)
* Practice mode
I'm playing via Steam.
