Why is my Play First Trial for Wild Hearts Not Showing Up?

I even have my EA account linked to Steam and even on the Steam store page it asks me to join EA access. I have literally no way of launching the game whatsoever. I'm an EA PlayPro member.

@EA_Pythia So nearly 5 hours have passed, Pro players are still not as honorable as ordinary members, only ordinary members can try WILD HEARTS in advance
