Why is my Play First Trial for Wild Hearts Not Showing Up?

I even have my EA account linked to Steam and even on the Steam store page it asks me to join EA access. I have literally no way of launching the game whatsoever. I'm an EA PlayPro member.

@SalaciousJoker How can he play? with which application, ea play? or did they change the app from origin to ea play?

@EdwardElric1212 EA play, its startup icon is different from ours, it is blue, and ours is gray, and it cannot be started

    @TheLlyric Yeah me too, i made a shortcut to the game and it launched
