Banned for no reason at all and there is no explanation for it!

My account is banned for absolutely no reason. I created cases 2 times for it. The answer they give me is i'm violating the User Agreement Terms and your account will be remained banned. I asked for an explanation about 'what did i do wrong to get banned?' but they say ''We can't give any further information.'' Are you joking with me? I paid for 12 months subscription on Steam, then downloaded and play Fifa 23 for about 6 hours only. After that i banned immediately. I didn't cheated, I didn't use any foul language to anyone, even didn't play a single online match. Just created FUT team and did some missions in those 6 hours. I requested for refund on Steam but they didn't accept cause it has more than 2 hour playing time. I bought EA Play only for playing Fifa 23 Ultimate team and i feel like robbed by your company. Please explain me that what did i do wrong to violate your user agreement terms! I read it 10x times and there is no rule that i break. After a research on internet, i also seen that too many people are suffering from same issue. Is banning people for no reason your company policy? Even thought i violated a rule which i don't realize or understand at all, banning accounts without any warning is not an acceptable. Even in law, first you trial people and if you find them guilty, you read the crimes of person who did an illegal act then give a punishment. You're just saying ''You violated our User Agreement Terms'' and we give you no info about it.'' Seriously what's wrong with you? Don't you care your customers at all? At least you could say there is wrong act here and if you fix it we can unban your account.'' but NO. You only say we are banning you and telling you nothing about what you did wrong... Please an authorized personal of your company review my cases and give me an explaination.
