Can no longer access my Get To Work pack

Hi,

I am a Sims 4 PC player. I own the Sims 4 EA Play edition through Xbox, which has given me access to the Get To Work DLC. I usually play the game through my EA app and have bought all of my other DLC for EA; however so far I've been able to access all of my paid content including Get To Work within the same game without any issues. Until now - I recently bought and installed For Rent, and since then, when I've opened the game it has told me that I need to buy Get To Work before I can play my save, otherwise all of the Get To Work features I've used within the world will be removed and I risk corrupting the save itself. 

When I open the game through the Xbox app (PC), this issue persists. I've tried repairing the game through the EA app - it actually showed that it was repairing Get To Work, which filled me with hope, only for it to still not work. Under "Manage Add-ons" in the EA app it doesn't show Get To Work at all under installed add-ons (I'm pretty sure it used to) and when I look at Get To Work itself it doesn't show that I own it at all Xbox or otherwise, saying I can either buy it outright or get a monthly EA Play subscription.

I don't have any options to repair my EA Play Edition using the Xbox app.

As far as I'm aware I still own EA Play Edition and therefore Get To Work. I don't know why I can't access it all of a sudden and can't play the game until this issue is sorted as I don't want to lose the Get To Work features I've used in my saves, which is quite annoying as I want to try my new pack.
