Can't activate WRC 24 because I have EA Play

I played WRC 24 through EA Play Pro. Today it expired and I only have basic WRC 23 which just got to EA Play (got it by Gamepass). So I bought WRC 24 (so base game + 24 season expansion). I try to activate it on EA app or through website and it tells me that I already have that game. Which is not true, because I only have it through EA Play and without new season expansion. What kind of nonsense it is that I can't activate my new key because of the membership?! What I can do now?
