Can't cancel my EA Play membership

 

After I try to cancel my EA Play membership by clicking on the cancel membership button my browser starts to load the http://www.ea.com/manage-membership/cancel website but before that website finishes loading the browser is redirected to the ea.com/play website where there are no options for cancelling my membership.  I have installed the EA Play app and tried to cancel my membership there but it directs me to the website.  Please help.

    This issue is resolved.  I was able to cancel my membership using another web browser.

    I've tried using two web browsers.  The message returned is 

    Something went wrong

    We can't delete this payment method right now.

    If you need to get a payment method removed from your account, that's something the live support team can take a look at with you- here on the forums we aren't able to access your billing details to get that removed for you.

    Please reach out to live support for more help on this by submitting a request here.

    The Chat with Us option doesn't seem to appear on the site.  How can I chat with an EA advisor or submit a request?  I'm not seeing the option on the website that you linked EA_Solaire​.  Thanks for any assistance.
