Child account, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and EA Play

Hey @petehauge if the account is not able to access the features due to being a child account then you will need to wait till such time as the account is able to age up.

Our live support team will be able to provide more information in relation to this.

Hello,

Can someone from EA acctually answer on this issue? this is ridicioulos. 

XBOX and EA are scamming people telling them these games are included in the gamepass
