Child's XBOX account and EA linked and no way to unlink, broken EA account

I linked XBOX Game Pass and EA account for my child, but EA created a VERY limited child's account and Plants vs Zombies shows 404-error. I tried to unlink accounts to create a new one with more priviledges (teen account), but child account doesn't have a email address or phone number, so no way to log in and unlink accounts. What can I do?

Also how is this even possible, that EA creates a account that is in no way manageable and absolutely no way to unlink from broken account? My child's XBOX account is literally blocked from EA Play!

    @faravidi For this one, as it deals with a child account, you can contact support and they can take a look at the account with you. With account issues, we don't have the ability to review those over the forums.

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com. To request a chat or open a case through email:

    • Select the EA App
    • Select one of the account issues like I cannot log in
    • You may get a pop-up that says login and get faster help
    • Select Continue without logging in
    • This should give you the chat/email option
