[EA app] Xbox Game Pass Unable to install multiple titles

on the xbox app i tried to install it on game pass and i have xbox game pass ultimate and it takes me to the ea store and it wants me to buy it or get monthly to play why is this happening?
@Paulnoah5407 they want you to pay twice, 1 on gamepass and 1 from ea play, they want money, all the money, twice the money
