Me and my friend bought XBOX Game Pass and we played F1 23 for 3-4 hours, but today we both can't access to any EA games on Xbox Game Pass, We logged out but situation is same.We can't see any games on EA App.

Glad it's not just me then. Must be a system issue. I wish Xbox or EA would hurry up and sort this out or at least acknowledge an issue!!
Hi, I renewed my previously ongoing Game Pass subscription and after launching the EA App I can see all games available through EA Play. But when I try to download games or add them to my library it just doesn't happen. On top of that there is a message on my library section that says several games were removed from my library for an unlisted reason, they are all games I played through EA Play with Game Pass subscription previously. For example I try to download Jedi Survivor but when I click download it says preparing for a while then gives an error message. This happens with all the games included in EA Play. I hope you can find a solution to this since I really look forward to play the game.
I encountered an issue while downloading games. No matter how many times I tried reinstalling the EA App, clearing the cache, and following the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the EA official website, I couldn't download any games from EA Play. I made sure my EA account is linked to Xbox Game Pass and that my subscription is still active. However, despite my efforts, the EA App still shows a download error toast.
i have ea play from gamepass but can't download a single game from it only free to play, this only started recently
