EA MEMBERSHIP

I wanted to cancel my EA Play Pro subscription early so I wouldn't forget about it later. When I tried to do so on the website, after clicking "Cancel" or "Manage Subscription," I was automatically redirected to the EA home page. I opened a ticket and contacted support via chat. My subscription was canceled, but I can't continue playing. According to the information provided at the time of purchase, I should be able to play for a month even after canceling, which in my case should have ended on October 23rd. However, instead of canceling my subscription, support marked it as expired, meaning I can't use what I purchased. What the hell is going on? When I try to contact support via chat again, it doesn't show me that option.
