@Sirgji To confirm did you get ~$15 on the subscription once you purchased it? If so I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft support charged for their platform go through their payment system.

    No, i got charged only for 1 month of EA Play, which is 3,99€. But as i said, i'm told that i will be charged in one month, but your offer clearly stated that anyone who bought 1 month of EA Play would get 2 for free (3 for 1) and it's not the case here.

      @Sirgji Does it show you will be charged on your Microsoft account, or did the confirmation show it would only last for a month before being charged?
