This is a big deal for me as well. Why is this not a thing?
I'm starting to think they genuinely don't care. The community managers are answering to another posts with less likes ( example: Solved: Why does "Depths of void" Wraith recolor belongs to "Void specialist" now? - Answer HQ (ea.com) ) but not to this post. And do not get your hopes up about achievements cause they are NOT working on them. That is not in their trello board. EA Desktop Roadmap | Trello
That just shows us how they are as a company and how they treat consumers, they just ignore them and they don't care. Sad.

While we CMs do our best to respond to as many posts as possible it can be that we miss some and if you require direct 121 support from an EA employee then you can speak with our live support at https://help.ea.com
EA games on EA Desktop are separate to EA games on Xbox, as such things like Xbox achievements will not be present on PC versions of the game.

You say "Players helping players" but EA just told me and linked me to this site saying that THIS is where DEVS look for bugs & feedback about EA DESKTOP and EA GAMES. It's very easy to see that with this site, you guys at EA created a system were players complain but nobody answer them, basicallt this is a whole where complains get accumulated but nobody cleans that whole. You guys at EA did this to prevent other social media like twitter, instagram, etc flooded with players problems & downvotes.
