EA Play member - Not receiving CFB 27 Welcome or Ultimate Team Packs

Question

I'm an EA Play member through XBOX Ultimate - I have not received my CFB 27 Welcome Pack or July Ultimate Team Pack.

EA Sports College Football 27
- Get ready for College Football 27 with an EA Play Welcome Pack starting July 2, and a College Football Ultimate Team Pack available until July 31.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Ultimate team packs: You need have the new user/orientation steps complete or skipped after entering UT

Thanks for the reply EA_Barry​ I have completed the new user/orientation steps, but still did not receive the EA Play Welcome Pack or July CFB Ultimate pack for being an EA Play member.Any other suggestion besides opening a ticket with EA Support? Unlink then re-link my account?

EA_Barry​ Still haven't received my Welcome Pack or Ultimate July pack - this has been an issue for me since CFB 25 - EA needs to resolve or stop advertising EA Play rewards. Extremely frustrating .
