I just paid for a months of EA Play - but it is not appearing anywhere on my playstation. I can only see the extend button on the playstation store, there is no ea play section on the main dropdown, my accounts are connected - not sure what is happening as i have had the conformation email. Also i have tried restarting the console etc and nothing is changing.

*Keep in mind, EA Play subscriptions are platform-specific. A subscription on Steam won’t carry over to the EA app, Epic Games Store, or consoles. The exception is Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which includes EA Play on both Xbox consoles and the EA app for PC, provided your Xbox and EA accounts are properly linked. However, this still doesn’t grant access on Steam or Epic, where separate subscriptions are required.
