I tried to renew my EA Play Pro annual membership, but the transaction failed even though there was no issue with my card. I have added a new credit card for the renewal; please try to process the payment using this new card. I experienced the same issue last year as well, and my membership was successfully renewed.

I'm not sure what type of error you received when you tried paying with your card, but most often localization issues are the cause. So make sure to check that your payment card is registered in the same country as your EA account.
