EA Play Pro automatically canceled itself

So I bought the ea play pro membership for pc today. and was able to play madden 26 for a few hours then out of nowhere my ea play pro membership randomly gets canceled [Title edited by CM]

Hey folks,

Thank you all for your patience while we looked into this issue.

There appears to have been a billing issue, and any purchases made during that time should be refunded. If you want to make use of EA Play Pro, you'll need to repurchase a subscription.

I bought ea play pro today and played a game for like 4 hours before recieving a email saying my membership had been canceled but i did not cancel the membership and now it will not let me play the game. what has happened here !!!!??????

Same thing here. I bought it yesterday afternoon and woke up to an email saying it was canceled. I have been waiting in chat for well over an hour and submitted a case. Still no responses.
