EA Play Pro canceled without consent, now charging higher than promised.

I have an ongoing case about my EA Play Pro subscription that was cancelled without my consent. It says that it is waiting for me in the status section. My case numbers are "#224926512" and "#2250643...

I have the same problem. A cancellation notice was sent from EA. When I go to the membership section, it says it has expired. Today is my annual payment date. Were you able to resolve this?
