EA Play Pro charged me but didn't activate my subscription.

I purchased EA Play Pro today on the website. EA charged me but has not activated my subscription. I see many other people are having this issue.

I don't want to file a dispute, but I may have to. I've attached the receipt and a screenshot of my account management center.
