I'm having the same issue since Oct 7. Online support told me first that the payment didn't go through, they they said that they cancelled the order, and then the guy wrote "I did what I could, what else do you want from me?" and ended the conversation. Support team closed my case without solving the problem. I applied to the refund in the bank as a scam purchase, don't see other way to make EA do anything.
