I recently subscribed to EA Play Pro, but the platform showed that the payment failed. However, the amount was successfully deducted from my bank account.
Has anyone experienced something similar?

No, they haven’t refunded my money or activated my subscription. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the payment was successful on their end. They advised me to check with EA
4 days and still no update from EA
