Can I get a refund on my EA Play Pro subscription?

I didn't know that today is the renewal day of my EA Play Pro subscription.

I don't want to renew my EA Play Pro and I haven't played any games after purchase.

Are EA Play memberships refundable?

EA Play memberships are not refundable. There are some exceptions to this that allow us to offer refunds under certain circumstances.
