EA play refund possible?

According to this EA Help article, refunds are not available but exceptions may apply under certain circumstances. Please reach out to the EA Help team directly to check your eligibility.

You can cancel your EA Play subscription. How depend son what EA Play subscription you have; Xbox, PlayStation, Steam or Origin. Which EA Play subscription would you have?

So i clicked on https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/, selected "EA play" then "PC" but i cant find the topic that includes refunds. Which one is it?

Oh and also how do i make it so the payment for the membership isn't recurring?

the game isnt compatible so i dont want the membership, its pointless that i had to pay an annual subscription. 

u dumb or somthing ? we asked for a refund . wtf would anyone cancel a membership if it doesnt work right. and cancelling will not give a refund !!! its easy to say cancelling is easy.
