EA Play says I need to renew my Game Pass Subscription
I had a Game Pass subscription until December 2023. My linked accounts were working perfectly. In January I updated my subscription to a Game Pass Ultimate and now EA Play says I need to renew my Game Pass subscription. What can I do to fix this issue?
Hi @k6v9i33g1zg5 To confirm are your EA and Xbox accounts currently linked?
If so, can we try the following?
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode first then try again.
