EA Play Two-Factor Unauthorized

  1. Tried to download an EA Game through Xbox Game Pass
  2. EA Play installs itself to computer and I'm asked to verify my code (see "Untitled.png"); None of these options for two-factor authentication are mine. I did not do this. I've been hacked.
  3. I back out to try to sign into EA Play manually (not through Xbox Game Pass)
  4. I received an error (see "Untitled2.png")

Someone please help. This username and avatar that I have is not even mine. Is there any way that I can get around the two-factor authentication or scrap this account entirely and start fresh with my Xbox Game Pass by linking it to a new EA Play account or is all lost?

    I went through this route the first time and they directed me to make a post here because they were unable to resolve my issue.

    Unfortunately we cannot help with hacked accounts through the forums @ICoolManI-WenYan.

    The problem is that is has to do with your account details. We will have to make sure that you are the owner of the account and that's not something that we can do on here.
