[FIXED - Feb 13.] EA app doesn't recognise Epic Games EA Play membership?!

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to play the games from EA Play. Please note that if you purchased EA Play on Epic Games, it will be tied to your Epic account and you need to use its launcher to download and launch the games:

Im using epic games launcher but it needs an ea account and its using ea app to download and play the game so im back to square one with this

No its launching and working pretty fine just no ea play on ea app 

Okay, so seems to be working as intended. You will be able to access EA Play games on the Platform where you've made the purchase. 

I get that you are trying to do your job but its getting funny now you dont even understand the problem dude on epic games launcher i already have access to ea play games but to play those games i also need ea app and look at that i dont have ea play on my ea app although the right accounts are linked and nothing wrong with the purchase so its not related to epic games launcher i already have the games just cant play it cuz your beautiful app doesnt see my ea play subscription

Are you getting a message asking to sign in similar to this one when trying to launch a game?
