Game Pass not detected by Beta EA desktop app - Asks me to purchase a membership

I have Game Pass for PC and of course it includes EA play. I have updated both desktop apps Xbox and Beta EA Play desktop apps, even I reinstalled them from the official web sites https://www.ea.com/...

Same exact issue. Just purchased game pass on my Microsoft account and linked it with my ea account. I can confirm 100% the accounts are linked correctly as I sign in with Xbox on EA. EA Play titles on the EA app all ask for me to purchase them. They show up as "install" on the xbox app. I click it, it launches EA then prompts for me to purchase the games. No EA Play membership was added even though it was supposed to be included with Gamepass.
