How come I never receive my EA Play rewards that EA markets?

I never receive my EA Play rewards that EA markets.

I'm on XBOX ultimate - same thing last year, never received rewards that EA markets on their website. 

What's the deal?

    Hey EA_Solaire​ Thank you for replying, didn't notice until today, I really appreciate it - I have reached out to support and after I fill out the required info, I receive a screen that says ""This issue isn't supported by advisors"

    Do you have any other advice?

    EA_Solaire​ Reached out again to EA help - actually chatted with an advisor who was willing to investigate the issue and was at least able to resolve for August. 

    It would be nice if EA would acknowledge the issue with EA Play rewards not being delivered instead of depending on the gamer to have to open a ticket and if lucky actually get an advisor to help instead of saying "we can't help you, close ticket"

    Thanks in advance for any improvement to this issue in the future.

    I am missing our EA play rewards and I have Xbox game pass ultimate and I have battlefield four pro ultimate and I cannot even contact ea support. All I ever get is server issue I think 404 server not found this is very frustrating I’ve been a long time supporter of the battlefield franchise I spent ungodly amounts of money and I feel neglected as a consumer thank you

    I cannot even contact support I get an error 500 server not found issue this is very frustrating I’ve been waiting months I play so many EA games by all the DLC‘s premium additions and in the one game I love the most I can’t even get help

    I have tried every single known workaround every single fix hours of scouring the Internet YouTube yawls own sites even purchasing Battlefield pro elite version and I feel totally left out I love the game but it’s making me sick to the point I don’t even wanna look at it I’ve run retail stores for 20 years. Customer service is my bread and butter people are my speciality and I know all about a satisfied customer in a loyal customer I’m about to start playing completely it just makes me sick to think about it

    All anybody hast to do from EA or dice if you look at my account and see the godly amounts of money that I spent over the last 20 years if that’s not enough to have somebody reach out to me to fix such a separate issue and that tells me how much my patronage and my loyalty means to this company and if someone does not help me soon I will delete this game forever and I will never buy another EA game again I have 100,000 gamer score and God knows how many thousands of dollars spent on Xbox so you don’t just lose a regular customer you lose of one percenter. I apologize for the multiple rants but I feel I have no other recourse no other way for my voice to be heard and to me that’s  criminal

    I had to open a ticket every month and basically copy and paste information from previous advisors who were able to help, to prove to the advisor that they could actually grant the EA Play reward that EA advertises. Finally got tired of having to waste my time contacting EA to grant me an item that EA advertises as a reward for being EA play member.  It's frustrating.
