Hey @Nasty_Mace EA games will not be available through Game Pass on PC till December 15. At this time they will be available through the Game Pass app.

I've been waiting for about 6 weeks now and still no sign of EA Play on Xbox Game Pass for PC?! Can someone please tell me WHICH launcher EA Play for Game Pass PC will be on?
First Dec. 15, now it says "early next year", my guess is "actually never"?

Hi, I just updated my xbox game pass account to ultimate because it's advertised that it includes EA Play -- I guess it really doesn't? There is zero information about this apart from a random post that I had to go hunting for. What's going on?
Here it says the EA Desktop Launcher is needed, but doesn't mention any need to link accounts: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/ea-play/ea-play-and-xbox-game-pass/
In threads here, it says that after December 15th, you should be able to access EA Play through the XBOX "Gamepass" app instead.
In reality, neither works and launching EA play through Gamepass appears to have been delayed, as stated here: https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2020/12/15/update-on-ea-play-xbox-game-pass-for-pc-2021/
Can someone at EA comment and perhaps update their own help section to reflect the actual situation ?
Yeah this is ridiculous. It is CLEARLY advertised as something you get with Xbox Game Pass and could be easily linked to origin in the connections and simply give EA Play access... But no apparently it's delayed without being displayed anywhere prominent when you look at the pass options. Luckily I got it heavily discount so idc that much, but that is really uncool.
I think it's a great value and makes the Game Pass worth getting for me. But until then.... yeah downloaded all of the apps and no way to connect and get EA Play via Xbox Game Pass as advertised. Very misleading for now at least.
