Yeah this is ridiculous. It is CLEARLY advertised as something you get with Xbox Game Pass and could be easily linked to origin in the connections and simply give EA Play access... But no apparently it's delayed without being displayed anywhere prominent when you look at the pass options. Luckily I got it heavily discount so idc that much, but that is really uncool.
I think it's a great value and makes the Game Pass worth getting for me. But until then.... yeah downloaded all of the apps and no way to connect and get EA Play via Xbox Game Pass as advertised. Very misleading for now at least.
Hi everyone!
As you might have guessed I'm facing the same issue as you guys, but I think I may have a solution (though it requires an Xbox).
What I was thinking was: installing the game you want to play on a Xbox One and then using the same account and try to install the same game on PC.
Will this work? If you claim the game on Xbox it should be connected to your account.

@D1zzyM I would assume no but I have not tested the theory as I don't have an Xbox One - I do however have PS4 with a EA Play subscription seperately - and can confirm that it does not link across to PC, but they now have PlayStation Now on PC so its not like it would break any crazy barriers from my understanding? My point I understand I could be bass ackwards but in this case I would assume if PSN doesn't do it, Xbox lsn't special when it comes to this PC problems workaround, it's something EA has to enable I'm guessing, if the content isn't there no matter what we do as consumers we won't be accessing it...gl though
