I cannot purchase an ea play subscription on my ps5

Everytime I've tried it just doesn't not work and says an unidentified error occurred please try again in a few moments this has been a problem for months now

Same problem and nothing works I can buy anything but a ea play membership one month or year

i have the same issue. i have subscribe EA Play on PC. As I buy a new ps5, I try to subscribe on ps5. but this error occurred.

    Hey there. Question for you, have you tried reaching out to PlayStation Support to see if there is anything on the PSN account preventing you from purchasing it? Although EA Play is our service, the transaction itself goes through the PlayStation account through PlayStation's marketplace.
