i would like to refund EA play

I have been going through a similar issues and never got a refund ( even though I contacted them immediately that they charged me an amount I didn't authorize). I think you should still try but the costumer support is useless. Even though the EA advisors agreed I should get a refund, due to technical issues and the underlying structure of the support tools they couldn't give me a refund ( even though my case was unique and should be refunded) no I don't even have my membership that should be good for another year AND no refund.

Try contact them first, if they don't help many credit card companies have payment protection and you may be able to get a refund through them depending on your specific situation

Are EA Play memberships refundable?

EA Play memberships are not refundable. There are some exceptions to this that allow us to offer refunds under certain circumstances.

For example, if you upgrade to EA Play Pro on the EA app, you’ll be refunded for the remaining paid time left on your initial EA Play membership.
