Hi Darko.
Apologies for the delay - long day at work.
So, the ea website says I haven't purchased anything since 2008, steam purchases has no history linked to ea since 31st march 2022, and I can't seem to find anything in ea play app regarding recent purchases but I have very clearly paid £19.99 for something. Just no receipt and nothing in recent payments. Very infuriating!
Hey @ReconButty it's most likely the case that you have multiple EA accounts and are logged into a secondary account. The best thing to do is log out of your EA account and then on the sign-in page hit forgot password and enter any email accounts that you may have. If there is an account linked to that email then you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.

Hi,
i am the same. i have purchased EA Play through Steam, yet this is not showing as active on my EA App.
i have logged back in many times and its still not showing even though each month, my subscription fee is being taken out by bank account.
Please help me.

Hey @f904c333472e2c5e our membership is available on each platform for $4.99, or regional equivalent. There is no cross platform subscription at this time. As such if you wish to use EA Play on different platforms then you will need an active membership on each.

I just bought the EA Play Pro and there was a lagging error and it logged out itself. When I signed in back, the app told me to get the membership again.
