origin doesnt see my ea play subscription

I'm having several issues with my Gamepass/EA Play subscription that I hope can be resolved before the release of BF2042. Origin doesn't recognize my EA Play subscription. even logged in on the web page. So, redownloading the apps doesn't change anything. At the moment I've attempted to play the trial of BF2042. I did preorder, but still want to try it before it comes out. I preordered on Steam. Whet trying to launch. I have to be logged into origin, but the only way EA Play shows up as my having an account is if I'm logged into EA Play. You cant be logged in to both at the same time. I tried logging into EA Play to have the trial show up in Steam. That worked. Then it won't launch until you log out of EA Play and then log into Origin. At that point the game attempts to start then quits out.
