Paid for EA Play via Epic Games 3 Days Ago - Still No Service!
It has been exactly 3 days since I paid for an EA Play subscription via Epic Games, and I still have absolutely zero access to the service.
I have already contacted Epic Games support, and they explicitly stated that the activation process is managed entirely by EA, effectively pointing the finger at you. As a paying customer, I am sick and tired of being stuck in the middle of your failed technical integration with Epic.
There is no option to link accounts on the Epic side, and your EA App just throws meaningless error messages whenever I try to launch a game I paid for.
Do NOT reply with standard troubleshooting articles or generic "we are looking into it" responses; I have already tried everything. I have paid for a service I am not receiving, which is unacceptable.
I demand that you manually activate my subscription or fix your backend issues immediately. I expect a concrete solution today, not more delays.
