Purchasing issue

Hello,

I bought EA Play yesterday (22.10.2025) and pay with my credit card. But in first try it gave an error because of my surname. Afterwards, when i wrote my last name in lower case letters, the payment was confirmed.

When i looked at my bank transactions today, payment made twice. I am currently a victim of this situation. Can you guys help me please ?
