Re: Membership renewal

Dear administrator,hello,I am an EA user in China,I also encountered a similar problem,my membership renewal system prompts me to transaction failure,after I change the payment method, the prompt is still the same ,how to deal with such a situation?Hope to receive your reply,thank you!

  • @EA_Darko I've also had this problem in the UK.
    My Bank say's you failed to provide the security information needed to approve the payment. And they asked me to contact the retailer (EA) and ask them to send as part of the payment request the CVV and/or post code.

    Despite my payment method having all the correct information.
    I want to renew - your system wont let me.
