Removing packs?

ive fully bought and paid for Get to work and Toddler stuff. I had the EA play membership for a little while, and after it expired i lost both packs? i paid for them with my own money. it only deleted those two, and said its because my membership ended. i bought them before the membership. I either want a refund, or my packs back because this sucks. Id get if it was a mistake that was resolved moments later, but this was in 2024 and still isnt fixed.
